Plein Air Painting Workshops and Classes

In my 3 hour plein air classes, I teach students how to elegantly translate complex landscapes onto paper in gouache. I cover block-in, color mixing, and simplification. More experienced students benefit from tips and tricks specific to the landscape, as well as insights into how to emulate my painterly but realistic style. All materials are provided, including easel, palette, brushes, paints, paper, and more. My workshops are the perfect opportunity to try for yourself a starter plein air setup.
