Beginners Plein Air

In my 3 hour beginners plein air classes, I teach students how to elegantly translate a complex landscape onto paper in gouache. I cover block-in, color mixing, and simplification. More experienced students benefit from tips and tricks specific to the landscape, as well as insights into how to emulate my painterly but realistic style. All materials are provided, including easel, pallette, brushes, paints, paper, and more. My workshops are the perfect opportunity to try for yourself a starter plein air setup.
